April 7: Author Kitty Burns Florey will present on how Wethersfield is an ideal setting for her historical fiction.
May 5: Bonus Lecture with local prison historian Frank Winiarski about the guards that worked at the prison as part of Connecticut at Work, an initiative of Connecticut Humanities.

Wethersfield Historical Society regrets to announce that the historic Cove Warehouse at Cove Park, which it operates as a seasonal maritime museum was broken into by thieves. The exhibit in the Warehouse will be reinstalled in time for a reopening celebration on May 24 – the 80th anniversary of the Warehouse’s restoration. For more information read the press release.
